Good general terms and conditions are important for web retailers and customers. Here you can read our Terms and Conditions Web Store. Not only the government creates rules to guarantee the safety of your purchase. We, as a web retailer, are also happy to inform you about our conditions. By agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions Web Store, an agreement has been reached between us and you as a customer. But before you agree with our Terms and Conditions, we kindly ask you to read the terms and conditions carefully and to become acquainted with our working method. Article 1 - Webshop
The webshop is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and with the Dutch Tax Authorities, and has a VAT exemption. On our website, on the contact page, you can find our Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number. You will also find our contact details there.
Our webshop is provided with an SLL Certificate. That means that we meet all legal requirements with regard to the protection of your personal data and payment data. We strive for continuous improvement of the security of your data. In the event of abuse by hackers, we will report this to the police.
We never provide your personal data to third parties. If we provide your personal data to third parties, we will always request your permission in advance.
We are obliged to report this to the police if there is a suspicion of abuse or fraud.
The webshop has taken out professional liability insurance to cover itself against any unjustified liability that is claimed by a customer.
We strive to provide you with excellent service at all times. If you have any doubts about purchasing a product, our staff will be happy to help you.

Article 2 - Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind after purchasing a certain product. If you are dissatisfied with the purchase within this period, you can return the product to us, without having to pay for the product yourself. You only pay the shipping costs for returning the product. If you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit invoice and the amount you paid will be refunded to your account number.
Products that are returned to us must be provided with the original packaging.
The returned product must be in an unused condition. Unfortunately, if you have used the product, we cannot refund money or cancel the purchase.
Article 3 - The agreement
The agreement between the web shop and customer is final when the customer has indicated that he has accepted the terms and conditions and he has authorized the web shop to debit the money from his account, or when the customer has made a payment via iDEAL, Paypal or Mollie, or when an invoice is sent to the customer afterwards. After the cooling-off period of 14 days has passed and payment has been received by the web store, the customer has become the owner of the product concerned.
The agreement was concluded electronically, by completing the required fields and agreeing to the general terms and conditions.
As a customer, you are obliged to fulfill your payment obligation to the web store. If you do not pay within the specified period, you will receive a reminder from us. If you still have not paid after 14 days, you will be charged. If, after various reminders, you have still not paid the claim, we will hand over the collection to a collection agency.
After you have made a purchase, you will receive a written confirmation of your purchase by email. It contains the product that you have purchased, what it costs you and where you can go with any complaints and comments.
We are obliged to deliver the product or article to you within 30 days. If due to unforeseen circumstances the item cannot be delivered within this period, we will inform you in writing. After the expiration of these 30 days you will receive a refund of the purchase price that you have already paid. However, if you have indicated in advance that a replacement item is also an option, we will supply you with a replacement product or item that meets your wishes as much as possible. Of course you can indicate in advance that you do not want this.
The delivery of products abroad can take longer than a delivery in the Netherlands. The costs that are charged for shipping to an address abroad are visible to you when you purchase the product.
Article 4 - The price
The prices stated on our webshop are exempt from VAT. The costs that have to be paid for sending the product become visible before you place the order. The shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the delivery address. You can find an indication of the shipping costs on our page: Shipping and delivery.
If you authorize us to automatically debit an amount from your account number, you are required to provide us with a correct account number. Abuse or fraud is punished and reported to the authorities that must be aware of this. In addition, a report is made to the police.
The price stated with the product on the website cannot change during your purchase. You pay the amount that is visible with the product and what is also confirmed to you, if you electronically agree to the purchase. After paying you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, in which the purchase price is stated again.
If you purchase a product during a period in which no promotion applies, you will not be eligible for that promotion afterwards.
Article 5 - Complaints and warranty
Complaints about the delivery must in the first instance be reported to us by telephone. Our employees are happy to help you. We will then contact the relevant delivery person regarding the delivery of the product. Of course our delivery staff do their utmost to deliver the product undamaged to your home.
Complaints about the product itself must be reported to us in writing. These cannot be answered by us personally. Describe your complaint as specific as possible. We will contact the manufacturer or wholesaler for you and we will act as an intermediary for you. If it is within our capabilities, we will solve the problem for you.
Complaints are usually handled by us within 14 days. The handling of a complaint is always in writing. After a complaint has been settled, you will receive a survey with regard to the handling of your complaint afterwards. We kindly request you to complete this and return it to us. We want to provide you with excellent service at all times.
An extra guarantee is understood to mean any obligation of the entrepreneur, his supplier, importer or producer in which he grants the consumer certain rights or claims that go beyond what is legally required in the event that he has failed to fulfill his part of the agreement .
