What is Paint by numbers?

Paint by numbers is, as the name implies, painting by number. All different areas are printed with a number on the canvas. The number on the canvas corresponds to a number on a container of paint. The numbers can usually be found in more than one area, so make sure you find all the areas of the same number. Make sure that you do not use too much paint with your brush at once, the supplied paint is very easy to spread and has a wider range than you might think. Also don't worry if you go outside the lines. You can correct this with the paint of the adjacent area.
